Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
   • "Running Courses" means the training programs and educational courses provided by FastTrackRunning.
   • "Customer" means the individual enrolling in the FastTrackRunning Courses.
   • "Customer Data" means the personal information provided by the Customer, including name, email address, and payment details.
2. The Running Courses
   • FastTrackRunning provides online and in-person running training courses to help customers improve their running skills and performance.
   • Customers must complete all course requirements to receive a certificate of completion.
   • FastTrackRunning reserves the right to deny access or terminate a Customer's enrollment for violation of these terms or inappropriate conduct.
3. Customer Data and Privacy
   • FastTrackRunning collects Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Running Courses and maintaining the integrity of the educational program.
   • FastTrackRunning does not sell, exchange or share Customer Data with third parties without the Customer's consent, except as necessary to deliver the courses or as required by law.
   • FastTrackRunning takes measures to securely store and process Customer Data in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
   • The running course materials and content are owned by FastTrackRunning and protected by copyright.
   • Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for their personal training purposes.
   • Unauthorized distribution, reproduction or commercial use of the course materials is prohibited.
5. Fees and Payment
   • Customers shall pay the fees for the Running Courses as specified by FastTrackRunning.
   • Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which the Customer is responsible for paying.
   • Refund and cancellation policies apply as outlined in the course enrollment agreement.
6. Termination
   • FastTrackRunning may terminate a Customer's access to the Running Courses for violation of these terms or other inappropriate conduct.
   • Upon termination, the Customer's right to access the Running Courses will end.
7. Limitation of Liability
   • FastTrackRunning's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the specific Running Course.
   • Neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   • These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
   • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
